Competitor's Sign-Up Form - 2026 DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas Olympics

Join us for a day of friendly competition, community, and fun at the 2026 DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas Olympics! Competitors of all ability levels will have the opportunity to challenge themselves, celebrate their achievements, and connect with fellow members of the DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas community through a variety of adaptive and inclusive athletic games.

The event will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Dula Center (451 E Bonanza Rd. Las Vegas). Check-in begins at 9:00 AM, with competitions and activities starting at 10:00 AM. The event will conclude at 3:00 PM.

Food and beverages will be provided for all registered competitors and spectators.

All competitors will receive an official event t-shirt to wear during the Olympics and as a keepsake of the day.

The registration fee is $10 per competitor. Spectators attend free of charge.

Registration closes and payment is due by August 26, 2026; early registration is encouraged.
